Background:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have been transformative technologies for the banking sector all over the world as well as in India, revolutionizing various aspects of operations, customer service, risk management and fraud detection. Use of AI / ML tools are growing significantly in customer engagement, credit scoring and risk assessment, fraud detection, anti-money laundering and cyber security. It also has implications for banks in reducing their operational cost and utilization of human resources.
